Amanda's room

The room comes unfurnished, but it has a large closet. You will have your own bathroom. Things that you will share with me is the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. The building is secure, located close to downtown and all amenities. The building has a lounge and small gym. It is also close to C-Train and buses. If you have a car, underground parking is available for a price.

I’m (she/her/they) currently a student, studying full-time and working part-time. I don’t party at home, but I do sometimes work from home and study at home. You will only be sharing this property with me. I hope you will take care of this place as your own and keep this place clean, tidy, and quiet.
