If you like to cook, great! You can cook what you want when you want. I don’t cook much myself, but when I do cook, I cook in bulk.

Whats not included and what is required:

• AC is not included. I have one myself but seldom use it. If you did want one, it would be an extra $30 a month when you were using it.
• Minimal tenant insurance is required. With a high deductible, you can get this from SquareOne online insurance for about $20 extra a month, maybe less. This will help you build your credit too!

If you’re looking for a true home environment and not just a place to lay your hat, this may be a great fit.
