Devon's room

It is located two blocks from the train. Room is a good size and the house has a large lot with a nice yard. All yard maintenance is being done by the basement renters. the house has large windows and lots of them.

I live in the other room of the two bedroom main floor. I am a construction business owner 28 male. I work full time and am gone most of the day time hours. I am bisexual so roomate must be comfortable with that. I do not throw parties but occasianly have friends over. In the basement there is two older guys who are very quiet. It has a separate entrance .
