Owen Brett's room

My name is Owen Brett and I own a home in Lakeview just South of MRU campus. I currently have one room left to rent in my home. The house is less than 1.5 KM away from the MRU campus and there is a bus route that stops outside the door which will take you downtown close to the C-Train station. It is a clean house, and it is fully furnished. I do currently live in the house down in the basement, and i have two renters in the upstairs of the house, each with their own room. I have a third room that i would like to rent that is located upstairs, and the Main bathroom upstairs would be shared by all 3 renters. The bathroom and kitchen are common spaces and need to be kept respectful for all parties in the house. I will be sharing the kitchen as well, but I do work out of town on the rare occasion. I currently have an 18-year-old female and a 21-year-old female renting with me at this time. I am looking for a young, committed and respectful individual/student that knows how to live and work respectfully with one another. No pets (sorry), no smoking or drugs at all. I am not looking for anything crazy like 1-year commitments and mow my lawn. Just pay your rent, don’t pee in my hot tub, and don’t burn my house down kind of thing, lol. I don’t care if you have friends over, just don’t trash the place. Not looking for couples (way too much drama). I am looking for $800.00 a month with a $800.00 damage deposit for the room and I don’t care if you stay for a month or a year. I have storage lockers in the garage the renter can use but unfortunately, I don’t have room to store furniture. Lots of parking on the street. Internet and utilities included. (Sorry, I do not have cable tv).

There is myself, a father of two girls which have moved out of the house and i work in the energy industry. I currently have an 18-year-old female and a 21-year-old female renting with me in the upstairs of the house at this time.
