Two bed/two bath condo with in-suite laundry, looking to rent out the other unfurnished room! Within walking distance to the Landmark Theatre in Harvest Hills, five minute drive to groceries, take-out, and a plethora of other stores, and easy access to both Stony Trail and Deerfoot for getting around the city! Quiet complex with a very good condo board making sure maintenance is taken care of.

The bathroom would be considered the one used by guests, but otherwise is yours entirely which is why I list it as shared. A main room and full kitchen for use + patio - feel free to use my TV!

In terms of parking, currently there is no second slot available. However! I would be happy to put up an ad to find one and there are usually people able and willing (usually between $100-$120 a month)

Hi! My name is Reilly, 29-year-old female, and I would be your roommate! I work from home, which means I am home 95% of the time, but otherwise I’m a fairly quiet introvert (you may occasionally hear me yelling with my friends in voice chat online but I try to be respectful and am open to being told to quiet down!)

I game (video and board), I watch a lot of Youtube and Netflix, I love animals (cats especially) and am overall very friendly if a little slow to agree to social plans while we get used to each other. I would love to find someone to potentially make a new friend with, but as long as we’re amiable and respectful, that’s fine by me too. I don’t have people over a whole ton, once a month at most, and would just ask for any amount of heads-up when you want to do the same.

I am very LGBTQIA+ friendly and cannabis-friendly (the condo board doesn’t allow smoking on the property, even on private patios, but I’ve just stuck to after dark and that’s seemed to be fine so far). No cigarettes/vapes though. Pets are welcome!
