Rental period is From Dec 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The home is the upper two levels of a house in Kits. You will have a large bedroom on the first floor, a large living room with big screen TV, and share the kitchen and washroom with my daughter. She has her own space on the second floor.

Nice place in a great location, all utilities included. There is also a third roommate, my daughter’s chihuahua - unfortunately he does not get along with other animals, so we cannot accept other pets. No overnight guests allowed.

I will not be in the house as I am travelling during this period.

Hi this is the daughter. I work full time, a few days in office and a few days from home. My bedroom is upstairs and I have my own living room, so you’re free to use the downstairs one at your leisure. I am a homebody who spends most of my free time quietly in my room reading, watching youtube, gaming, or snoozing - but I’m not antisocial and welcome movie nights and taco tuesday. My dog is a little gremlin who is usually snoozing or getting antagonized by birds.
