Hi! I am looking for someone to fill my spare room, preferably a student. I live right by 17th ave, within walking distance from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is also a short walk to the Red Line (UofC and SAIT) and bus routes that go to MRU. You will also have your own bathroom! The room does come with a bed/desk but I can remove the desk if needed:) Message me for photos!

It is just me living here right now, and I am hoping to find another student to move in! I am a transfer student and newish to the city, so it would be awesome to find a roommate with similar interests/lifestyle! I am 21 and love a fun night out, but equally enjoy a good hike or movie night in! I also snowboard at sunshine often in the winter.
