We are looking for a quiet professional or a university student to rent this space.

One beautiful furnished room available for December 1st Located in a home in Parkdale near Lakeshore and King street west. Near Liberty Village.

The room is on second floor and currently no one else is sharing bathroom or kitchen.

There is another tenant on third floor and she uses her own kitchen and bathroom. My brother sleeps in his room on second floor but he uses his own kitchen and bathroom on lower level. There is a new quiet tenant living in next room.

Therefore there’s only 3 people living in the entire house. It is a very quiet and clean house. Non smoking house and pet free.

We will be adding some more items to room such as a desk and blackout shades.

As above, only 4 people in total live in the house. The third floor is occupied by one lady she has her own facilities. 2nd floor has 2 tenants sharing kitchen and bathroom and 1 tenant uses his own facilities on the first floor. House is very clean and quiet.
