We are looking for a quiet professional or a university student to rent this space.
One beautiful furnished room available for December 1st Located in a home in Parkdale near Lakeshore and King street west. Near Liberty Village.
The room is on second floor and currently there is one person sharing kitchen and bathroom
There is another tenant on third floor and she uses her own kitchen and bathroom. One male sleeps in his room on second floor but uses his own kitchen and bathroom on lower level.
Therefore there’s only 3-4 people living in the entire house once all rooms are rented. It is a very quiet and clean house. Non smoking house and pet free. We do not accept couples or 2 ppl in the room.

As above, only 3-4 people in total would live in the house. The third floor is occupied by one lady she has her own facilities. 2nd floor has 2 tenants sharing kitchen and bathroom and 1 tenant uses his own facilities on the first floor. House is very clean and quiet. Total persons living in the house including you is 4. That is the maximum number.
