Mike Conroy's room

The home is located at the far south end of Calgary in a quiet area, close to transit and shopping. The walk-out entrance is private. The lower level is unfurnished and for rent. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, living room and bit of storage space. The middle level has a shared kitchen, laundry. The upper level is our space. Access to a beautiful yard with outdoor fire and patio. Parking on the street. No smoking, vaping, drugs, boozing, partying.

We are a quite friendly family with 2 children, We have complete respect for privacy. We do not smoke or party.
