The room has a bed and small drawers to use Own toilet and shared shower, use of the kitchen facilities First and last month rent required plus $100 key fob/remote deposit(deposit will be returned when you leave). Bus stop is located right outside the front of the building. Pickering GO Transit, Pickering Town Center and Walmart are within walking distance.
