This 4-bedroom house would be great for a couple looking to reduce their expenses. All utilities (hydro, heat, water, wifi) are included in the rent.

There is private parking out front and laundry in the basement.

The catch is you’ll have to share the house with a single roommate. The house was an original 3 bedroom, and an addition was added later. So there are two primary bedrooms. I could live in one, and the other would be yours (and the other two bedrooms, so three altogether).

Right now, I’m open to any idea regarding bedroom layout. I’m barely there as it is, so I can take the smallest bedroom. It’s a four-bedroom house that costs around $2400 a month. We could each pay $800 or figure something out.

The house is on a quiet 40km street off Cannon and close to Ottawa St. and all its shops. Centre Mall is a 10-15 min walk.

I’m a remote content writer, so I work from a laptop. Hence the travel. Eventually, I’ll give up the house and transfer the lease to you if you two are interested. But it’s nice to have a room to return to in the meantime.

Pets are welcome but on a case-by-case basis. I have a little dog, half pug, half patterdale terrier. He is friendly with cats and little dogs but isn’t great with large male dogs.
