2019 built security building, fully furnished, just need to bring your own bed, no partying, 2 bed/2 bath condo, 2 level’s, principal bedroom/bathroom/rooftop patio on top(5th) floor and 2nd bedroom and bathroom, which are available for rent are on main(4th) floor along with second balcony and barbecue, Marda Loop area, Street Parking (I only have one underground stall, which I use), 1 private bedroom and bathroom for rent, shared kitchen and laundry

Single male, quiet, Work Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm, Gym on evenings, VERY CLEAN and looking for the same in roommate, rent includes weekly professional cleaning. I do have a long distance girlfriend that comes and stays with me a few times a year for a few days, but aside from that, I rarely have any guests and would prefer the same from my roommate.
