We are looking for a clean, respectful and friendly roommate to share this eclectic, furnished 3bdr triplex apt with!

We live in a beautiful 1200 square foot main floor triplex in Outremont. It’s right across the street from a parc with a swimming pool, 3 minutes from Outremont Metro station, and close to grocery stores, boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, etc.

We have one furnished bedroom with a double bed, large window, high ceilings and a closet available for rent. Living spaces are all shared (bathroom, kitchen, living room) and there is a lovely outdoor terrasse for us to enjoy! We have a very sweet little dog named Marilyn who I am sure you will love! We also have fantastic neighbours :)

Outremont is a family-friendly safe neighbourhood near the Plateau. Can easily walk to The Plateau, Mile-end, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Mount Royal, etc. Can easily access the rest of Montreal via Metro. Very convenient location.

Must be clean, tidy & respectful. Inclusive and kind. Looking to maintain a safe, healthy & friendly environment. We’re not into “up-all-night” partying and overnight guests please. We’re all working professionals.

*** If you have a car, you can easily find parking on the street in front of the house, you’ll just need to buy a vignette from the city :)

We are a down to Earth couple who recently bid Toronto farewell to learn French and enjoy the “joie de vivre” in Montreal. We live a mindful, fun lifestyle and spend as much time enjoying the world around us as possible.

We love to walk around this vibrant city, terrasse chill with our dog, check out local art/music, read, watch movies and listen to our favourite vinyls!
