We are Looking for another clean, respectful and kind short-term roommate to share this eclectic, furnished 3bdr triplex apt with. From Oct 1st for up to 7 months.

We live in a beautiful 1200 square foot main floor triplex in Outremont with one roommate who is here from Rome until the beginning of February. It’s right across the street from a parc with a swimming pool, one short block from a Metro station, and close to grocery stores, boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, Pharma Prix, dry cleaners, etc.

We have one small, furnished bedroom with a double size bed, large window, high ceilings, dedicated workspace, unlimited wifi and a closet available for rent (yellow curtains & accents can be swapped out for navy blue). Living spaces are all shared (bathroom, kitchen/dining, living room) and there are 2 outdoor terrasses for us to enjoy! We have a very sweet senior dog named Marilyn who I am sure you will love! We also have fantastic neighbours :)

Outremont is a family-friendly and safe neighbourhood near The Plateau. We can easily walk to Mile-end, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Mount Royal, etc. We can easily access the rest of Montreal via Metro. Very convenient location.

We are a down to Earth couple who recently bid Toronto farewell to learn French and enjoy the “joie de vivre” in Montreal. We live a mindful, fun lifestyle and spend as much time enjoying the world around us as possible.

We love to walk around this vibrant city, terrasse chill with our dog, check out local art/music, read, watch movies and listen to our favourite vinyls!

There is also a very lovely student from Rome currently staying with us. She is here until February!
