Mayland Drive NE

My boyfriend and I share a 4 bedroom home in Mayland Heights. The home is 5 minutes from downtown and walkable distance to transit and a grocery store. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs available, and one basement room available. The basement has its own living area and kitchenette. We are only looking to fill one of the 3 rooms as I would only like one roommate. The house has some recent Reno’s done on the main floor and downstairs bathroom & bedroom. We are flexible about rent and budgets and mostly looking for a good roommate :)

My boyfriend and I share the home but he recently got a job up north which will have him out of town super often, so I would be the primary roommate. We are both in our 20’s. I am a teacher and he is in the trades. We are active, social, clean and respectful. I would like to find a roommate who I get along well with and can possibly be friends with. I love outdoor activities, hiking, skiing, patio beers with friends and thrift shopping. We have a cat and a large breed dog so any potential roomies would have to be cool with that!
