I have a very friendly cat, but he doesn’t do well with other animals because he is very old and timid so unfortunately I cannot accommodate any additional furry friends.

I am 28.

I work Mon-Fri full time, sometimes from home and sometimes in office.

I like to keep the house reasonably clean and prefer to keep things quiet aside from the rare occasional guest or gathering.

Ideally, looking for someone who is on the same page about guests / cleaning.

There is one other girl living here, she attends Algonquin college. She is 25 and the bathroom would be shared with her.

Both of us are very quiet.

I smoke a very occasional joint, but only on the balcony.
