It comes complete with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, black out blinds for a good night’s sleep and plenty of natural light to keep you feeling bright and refreshed.

Shared space includes: chefs kitchen with everything you need, including a vitamix, separate living spaces, dining room, laundry, and 1 bathroom on the main floor and one bathroom on the second floor.

As a tenant, you’ll have access to shared spaces, including a chef’s kitchen, spacious living areas, dining room, and two bathrooms (one on the main floor and one on the second floor). Laundry facilities are located in the basement, and street parking is readily available.

Utilities and internet is included. You won’t have to worry about additional expenses except for household essentials like toilet paper, and cleaning supplies

I own the home. I’m a working professional with a passion for travel, exercise, great wines, and gourmet cuisine. I’m also deeply interested in photography, art, and design. I have an easy-going personality and I’m often not present at home. Most of my week is spent in Vaughan, where I provide care for my mother, so I typically spend about 2-3 days a week at home. So far it is only me in the house. I have three bedrooms.
