The basement has a second bedroom that my brother stays in occasionally when he’s in town for work (once or twice a month) Basement has a private bathroom and living room. Kitchen and the rest of the house is shared with myself and my two small children and our dog Zeus. My husband works out of town and is home on weekends. Rent includes utilities and internet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished based on preference. Our previous roommate lived on and off with us for 10 years. He became a part of our family and a very close friend.
