THERE’S A GYM, SAUNA & STEAM BATH ON THE SECOND FLOOR, AS WELL AS A PARTY ROOM ON THE SAME FLOOR. YOU CAN ALSO ACCESS AN OPEN GARDEN ON THE THIRD FLOOR

Hi, I’m renting out one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom condo. You’ll have your own full bathroom to yourself. I’m in the other room.

The apartment is fully furnished, there’s an in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and an electric glass cook top. All of the furniture you see in your room and the hall is brand new. Including the standing lights and pedestal fans.

There’s a convenience store, a dentists clinic, a Japanese take away restaurant, a pizza shop, a massage parlor, a cafeteria and Quiznos, right under my building. So if you’re too lazy to cook…

Also, there are numerous places, like a bakery, BC liquor, a salon within maybe a 5 -7 minute walk. Starbucks is maybe a 2-3 minute walk, right next to the skytrain station. Save on foods and Whole Foods is about a 8-10 minute walk but save on does home delivery for a min $40 order.

Brentwood skytrain station is the next skytrain station from where I live. Brentwood is THE place to be on Friday and Saturday night. It’s a shopping mall, with pubs and bars. It also has a large movie theater.

We can discuss rules in detail later but for now -:

NO smoking or drugs in or around the condo building please. It’s a bylaw. I need a ONE MONTH written notice about you leaving my place. I am looking for someone quiet, someone who minds their own business and is open to hanging out sometimes. My place will not work if you’re OCD or have massive mood swings. We all have our days but we need to exercise emotional intelligence please.

I’m a straight male and I work full time in the supply chain department with a MNC. It’s just me in the condo. I like socializing sometimes but I keep to myself most of the time. Please try to socialize outside the condo as much as people. It’s ok to get people over sometimes but please keep the noise down. Very fond of music – future garage ! I like strategy games, long drives, hiking & going to pubs. I like watching movies at home. You’re welcome to join me ! It would be nice to have someone with whom I can get along with.
