Condo at the amazing location of King and Bathurst! Massive convenience with so much nearby, including 24/7 stores and restaurants, as well as two streetcar stops, and a future subway. Building includes a gym, suanas, indoor and outdoor pool, and summer backyard area with BBQ. The room is already furnished and I’m including everything in the rent: utilities (hydro, water), Internet, Parking Spot, and use of the building facilities! There’s a bathroom for each bedroom and the laundry room is our neighbour. Maximum convenience in the best location to live in downtown Toronto!
About the roomies
Professional researcher, male, gay, looking to rent spare bedroom. I have a semi-separate area of a condo (bedroom and bathroom) and often spend the majority of my time in my office either doing work or relaxing. I have two small chihuahuas who love people and must be accepted by any who move in. They have a tendency to “mark” in the wrong place, but they are never let into your room.
