Room for rent: females only $1,350/month

I cater to females who need a safe and flexible place to land in Toronto during a transitional phase.

I have a 350 sq/ft office in my home (with a 1/2 washroom) that converts into a super comfortable, bright, private bedroom – I rent with a lot of flexibility. It is $1,350/month all inclusive, including internet. I also provide towels, pillows and all the bedding. About the room: The room has a 1/2 washroom with a toilet and sink, a 50” Smart TV, an electric sit/stand desk with laptop stand and monitor, an armoire for clothing and shoes, a single serve coffee machine (hot & iced coffee), black out curtains, a sound/sleep machine, and large patio doors that have access directly to the back yard. The pullout is expensive and super comfortable as I paid extra money for a memory foam mattress. It is also the location of the washer & dryer.

About the house: -room for rent is in a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 4 story town home full of amazing amenities including 2.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, laundry, and a dishwasher. -located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of downtown Toronto near Jarvis and Gerrard - only a 7-minute walk to the Eaton Centre and 5 minutes to the TTC Yonge line at College station. -open concept main level with sunken living room that opens into the back yard, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. -back yard is fully enclosed with a tiki bar, patio table, outdoor living room set. -lower level has many uses. It is the laundry room, my home office, my work out room, and a spare bedroom.

I am ½ British & ½ French Canadian. in my mid 40’s I work full time in office. My other housemate is 28 from the Netherlands and is a lab tech at a local Hospital. My 2nd housemate is 25 from France and is here on a 1 year work visa. We all love to travel internationally, are career focused and like to hang and catch up when we can. We are passionate about healthy eating, a clean space, and having fun with genuine, down to earth people. I only provide accommodations to a mature, professional, responsible, and self-sufficient females who hopefully have the same interests and a full time job. The house is vegetarian + vegan/pescatarian and would prefer to keep the house veg if possible. We like to have fun with a couple of drinks when the time is right and enjoy good company and entertaining occasionally. Being clean and respectful is a must. Looking for someone with the same lifestyle who keeps busy but is happy to chill too.

I have two 2.5 y/o cats and a 2 y/o Australian shepherd mix - so loving animals is a must. The house is obviously pet friendly but unfortunately cannot have any further animals join the household.
