I have a year lease on a 2 bedroom apartment very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for a mature and gentle roommate. NO illegal hell drugs or tobacco, but a beer and a bit of pot are ok. No smoking or vaping on the property at all. We need to meet and have a chat first. You have to apply to the manangement company. There is another $30 for insurance you have to get for yourself, and to secure the place I need a damage deposit of $450 up front after approval.
