About the room
Hi I have a room available in a basement suite for next 6 months as my roommate is now moving out . It is a private room with a lock and comes furnished with a new bed frame and mattress . Located across the street from SAIT and the train station great for commuting or for students ! North Hill Mall is also a 5 minute walk away.
All utilities and internet included in rent . There is also cable TV that is in the shared living area .
Must be okay with dogs as I have a German shepherd husky. He is very friendly , if you have a pet cat or dog they are also welcome if they get along well
Also guests are allowed over, do your own thing just be respectful and nice and enjoy the place 👍
About the roomies
31 working full time and big hiker have some friends over on Thursdays nights but other than that the house is usually pretty quiet .
