The room I rent is located on the first floor of my house. It is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. It is large and bright with a view of the back yard with lots of flowers and carefully tended grass. There is also a stone patio with garden furniture. The house has an attached double garage. Bus stop 56 is a short walk away, which leads to the tram stop on Anderson Road. Fish Creak Park is also ideal for walking and cycling.

I am a single mother of two adult children who live outside the home. For this reason, I want to find a roommate with whom I would share the house and living expenses. I am retired, and occasionally I work as a child care worker in my own home. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have any pets, except for the occasional petting of my daughter’s cat. I keep the house clean and tidy, and I expect the same from my roommate.
