About the room
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, linens provided, desk and chair, personal small fridge, full size closet, nightstand. Room is much brighter than the picture indicates. The area is very quiet and safe and close to lovely walking trails. Full access to the kitchen and laundry. Parking available. 4 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minute drive to Okanagan College. One cat lives here. No more pets or smokers please.
About the roomies
Because it is only the room to rent, there is no common space/ hang out space besides the kitchen (the rest of the place is yoga/massage studio and office.) Currently there is one student here besides me and my cat. Sometimes I make soup for everyone but it is a very quiet household.
