The building is called the Kaumeyer Place is a prominent heritage landmark Cummington Square in the historic village of Chippawa (now a neighbourhood of Niagara Falls, Ontario). The site represents over a century of local industrial evolution, transitioning from a family-run printing and paper operation to modern residential and commercial condominiums.
My unit is one of the conversion on the 2nd floor with exposed brick so lots of character. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with lots of space and a modern kitchen.
About the roomies
I only visit my place from time to time, as I work in Toronto. I will be using the locker room to store most of my stuff.
You will be sharing the room with a current renter who has his own bed room and bathroom. He is quiet, clean and a great room mate.
