About the room
We have a room available on the top floor. There is a double bed, a standing closet, two desks, leather swivel chair and another chair in the room. You would be sharing the bathroom with three other people. Internet is an extra $25 paid to one of the other tenants in the unit. All other utilities are included in the $550. There is laundry in the bottom floor. Wash is $1, dryer is free. The house is located in McKernan Community nine blocks south of U of A Campus and Whyte Avenue. Four blocks from McKernan/ Belgravia LRT and the #4 bus route. No pets allowed. No smoking in the house.
About the roomies
Currently there are three people in the unit. Two are male one is female. They are students and work part time. Thus, you would be sharing the bathroom with three others. There should be adequate fridge space as two of them have mini fridges in their rooms.
