The home is very safe, clean and is situated in a family neighbourhood, near Gage Park and on bus routes. You would be living in the home with the owner. There is a front and back porch for enjoying the summers and each room has its own ductless air conditioning. Share the kitchen and washrooms. No tub, just walk in showers. The spare rooms are on the 2nd floor and are bright with a big window(s). There is 1 room available approx 13’x 12’ The bed in the photo is a queen.
