The home is very safe, clean and is situated in a family neighbourhood, near Gage Park and on bus routes. You would be living in the home with the owner. There is a front and back porch for enjoying the summers and each room has its own ductless air conditioning. Share the kitchen and washrooms. No tub, just walk in showers. The spare rooms are on the 2nd floor and are bright with a big window(s). There is 1 room available approx 13’x 12’ The bed in the photo is a queen. We are very, very quiet and keep to ourselves mostly but are friendly when we meet. One is an MAC student who also works, I work full time. So we are both busy and no nonsense. I read a lot, garden and prefer likewise chil housemates. No drama!!!Must like cats as I have 2
