We’re offering a smaller room towards the back of our house to any students or younger professionals seeking housing near Brandon University. The house has been recently renovated, and has all the necessary utilities, including: a fridge, stove, washer & dryer, and a functional wood fireplace. Please note that furniture shown in photos will be gone by November 1st. More photos and a video tour are available following inquiry.

My long-term boyfriend and I live on the property, and the both of us are students at Brandon University. The downstairs bedroom is occupied by a younger professional, however we’re all quite friendly and place a strong emphasis on respect of boundaries. We welcome people of all walks of life to reach out and get to know us. Disclaimer: One person in the house is severely allergic to all tree-nuts and peanuts.
