Quiet home with large backyard and double garage in Acadia. 15 minutes walk to heritage c-train. Easy access to Deerfoot, MacLeod trail, Blackfoot. Less than five minutes drive to Sue Higgins off leash dog park and 15 minutes walk to community off leash park. Roomate can park car in garage. All essentials are within walking distance. I can furnish a bedroom with a twin or extending day bed and night stand.

I am a quiet and clean female professional in my thirties. Would like a roomate who is a young professional or mature student. Ideally someone tidy, who doesn’t smoke and likes animals as I have a very friendly Australian shepard mix. They can have also have a cat or dog.
