I am a 31 year old male working from home full time. I will be staying in basement room and sharing common area, including kitchen and main bath. I also have 2 cats and have no where else to relocate them. I am not always home and need to travel frequently for business and personal matters, so I will not always be around. Need responsible, animal-friendly roommates that are able to help take care of the house and cats when I am not there. I don’t want anyone to feel forced into taking care of them, so please only apply if you are someone who enjoys being around animals/cats. Aside from that, I just need people that pay on time and are clean and relaxed. No heavy drinking, partying, or drug use (moderate drinking is ok, but I’ve had roomies before who couldn’t control themselves and disturbed others), Smoking is fine as long as it’s outside. Front and back porch available for quick access if needed.
