Close to Guelph Downtown, takes 10 minutes to reach Guelph Downtown by direct bus. Located directly across from several major retail plazas and industrial sites that host numerous companies and services like Linamar.

Owners live in the same house and available for any questions or help required. There are a total of 3 rooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are occupied by two male tenants, who are clean, quiet and respectful individuals. We are currently looking for 1 roomie to occupy the other 3rd room.
