Private studio suite on basement level of detached home located in Glenmore! 2 working brothers live on the main level. The space includes your own lower level separate entrance. Studio is furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, couch, coffee table and TV. Brand new flooring. There is also a personal fridge/freezer located on the basement level in working condition. 12-min drive to UBCO and a 10-min drive to Okanagan College. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk, bus ride is 20 minutes in length to UBCO and 30 minutes to Okanagan College. Rental includes 1 parking spot, all utilities, WiFi, access to pool/large backyard. We are looking for a student or professional, non-smoking individual who enjoys a quiet environment with their own space. No pets, and single occupancy only.
