Hey there! 👋

We’re looking for someone to join our beautiful house for entrepreneurs and professionals starting January 1st!

The house is beautifully furnished and features 2 living rooms, 2 patios, 1 office, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

It is conveniently located 5min walk from Atwater station on the Green line and 8min from Georges Vanier on the orange line.

The bedroom is cozy with a brick wall and a large closet. It is furnished, but could be emptied if you have yours. The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped - just bring what you need to feel at home!

We are a group of professionals and entrepreneurs living together in our mid twenties and thirties. We’re ideally looking for a professional who works hybrid and wants to take part in communal living like shared dinners, sport, music and other fun activities with the housemates!

The house has a good balance of shared space that allows for both collaboration and solo time. We have regular cleaners that come to make sure the house is always cleaned and organized.

We are, ourselves, and welcome men and women from various backgrounds and cultures. It’s what makes the house vibes great!

Ideally we are looking for someone who wants at least to lease until August 31st or longer.

Currently we have:

Maddy: chemist for a London (UK) based startup, excellent volleyball player and serious board game enthusiast. She’s also a big reader.

Ben: world traveler, speaks 6 languages and has a language teaching business. He’s a funny guy and a very good salsa dancer.

Amanda: psychology and business founder of a mental health and coaching business for teachers as well as sales rep for a software company. She loves cute things, Pilates, yoga and a good shared meal!

Usama: software developer for a Calgary based food tech startup. Loves to pain and do other creative activities .

Pierre (me): in my past life a non-profit founder in sustainability consulting and currently working at C2 International a creative event agency while managing and scaling the Growth House concept. I love to read, go out in nature and have deep chats with people from different backgrounds. Not living here at the moment but started the house concept.

Overall, we are looking for someone who’s open-minded, growth-oriented, ambitious, collaborative, creative and action-oriented!

We value people from different backgrounds and the goals is to have a community that’s diverse in skillsets and backgrounds, but similar in values.
