Looking for a clean and considerate female roommate who doesn’t smoke or use recreational drugs.

I’m offering a room for rent in my home. Your private space will come with a queen-sized bed, and a side table.

The house has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area on the main floor. The sliding back door opens to a deck that gets great sun in the afternoon and evening. There are three bedrooms on the second floor - yours, the master bedroom which I use and another room which is occupied by another female renter. The bathroom on the second floor and the washroom on the main floor will be shared with the other roommate. I have my own bathroom in the master bedroom. There’s also a lounge in the basement that can be used as a common area by all the occupants.

The neighborhood: This house is situated in the peaceful area of Tuscany, just a 13-minute walk from the train station. A 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk will bring you to the commercial area with Sobeys and Starbucks. Twelve Mile Coulee Park is within 5 minutes’ driving distance; it takes less than 15 minutes to drive to University of Calgary when it’s not rush hour or around 30 minutes by train including the walk from the house. Downtown is 20 minutes away by car (when it’s not rush hour), or around 40+ minutes using the public transport and on foot.
