Nagu's room

I have developed a 2 bedroom basement suite in Bowness by the superstore which is totally brand new, down to the walls, flooring, lighting, new large windows, ventilation system etc. It’s City of Calgary registered. Bathroom has double sink so you get your own sink. It will be ready for April 1st 2024. I am planning on occupying one room and having a roomie for the other. i love fishing, camping, hiking and watching documentaries. I work from home. The place is in Bowness, couple minute walk from the superstore. There is street parking. I can also figure out storage for your tires or bicycle if needed. Ideally someone who is in the early 20s to early 30s range who is fun to be around and clean/respectful. The basement has its own laundry and all appliances are new.

$750 per month + (20% utilities). Internet provided. OR $850 per month fixed which includes utilities and internet. Will put up pictures of the bathroom without the tape soon! Also have a 3 bedroom 1 bath brand new suite available on the main floor too!
