Hi there, I am looking to rent out the last room in my place. Newer townhouse build, located in Seton. Has a town of amenities, restaurants etc close by. The house has 3 bedrooms total, with 2.5 baths. The house will come mostly furnished with stuff I already have, but your room will not be. There is garage Parking, as well as street parking if you have more than 1 vehicle. There is a fenced and grassed back yard with a deck, yard is a decent size. Pets are negotiable. Rent is $730, without utilities. We split the utilities 70/30 with the basement tenants. Basement tenants have their own private entrance, you would never see them. Move in day would be June 1st.

My roommate is in her late 20s as well, works Monday to Friday. Keeps to herself most of the time. She has 2 dogs that she takes to work with her, and a cat.
