I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom apartment. Available immediately.

ALL PETS ARE WELCOME AS ARE ALL PEOPLE.

We are a friendly but busy little family. We have a one year old black lab and a cat, the cat is weird and hangs out in my kids room and never really comes out.

My kids and I are respectful and we will engage with you as much or as little as you want.

I work 2 jobs, and go to the states every 3 weeks to visit my partner. The weekends I’m gone it’s only my oldest that’s home and he will keep to himself. Think vampire, comes out at night to feed and that’s about it.

There are 3 really great dog parks that take about 4km round trip to walk. There are off leash areas and lots of pet friendly perks close by. Chinook is 5 min away, and Glenmore is basically at your door step as is the grey eagle, lots of opportunities for concerts and evenings out.

Also I am willing to work with the room rental rate for the right person. It’s hard out there right now, I’ll bend over backwards for the right person.

Please note we are right off Glenmore so the road noise is consistent.

I have kids, they’re good and kind and respectful. They leave for school at 645am and aren’t home till 5pm.

I work from 630 to 430 and then most weekends. I’m gone every 3 weeks to visit my boyfriend. He doesn’t come here so there won’t ever be an extra person around.

There is a gym on site, laundry across the hall, and you can have my parking space. Internet, power and a good sized mini fridge and freezer are available as well.

I am 420 friendly, however the apartment has a non smoking policy. So you can use the balcony, and really even if there wasn’t a policy there’s no smoking in the apartment as there are kids here and cigs are a yucky smell to breath in.
