Price is negotiable as there is two rooms. The room with private entrance and bathroom is slightly higher than the room without private entrance. If you have some business experience and can assist with phone/emails/social media. Covered parking, seperate entrance to room, private bathroom, shared kitchen, gym, sauna, hot tub, basketball hoop, gym, rowing machine, exercise bike, squat machine, and possibly will have access to recording studio if a musician.
