We are looking for a dog loving, single, quiet, independent person to share our north end home. If you are looking for a social/ party roommate vibe this is NOT the right fit for you. This living situation is ideal for someone seeking privacy and personal space in a great neighborhood. We are offering the entire upper floor of our home for your exclusive use. This space includes bedroom, living area, 3 piece bathroom and walk in closet. New compact fridge, toaster oven and microwave provided for your convenience. There is a full sized shared kitchen and laundry facilities on main floor. The space is not furnished, but could provide a futon, a couple dressers, a desk and end tables if needed.

We are a friendly, easy going couple. With a super sweet 11 year old female dog. We both work hospitality industry and sometimes work very early mornings and/ or late nights. The house is older and not very well insulated for sound so mutual respect is a must for a harmonious living arrangement.
