Milan's room

Hello, I’m short term subletting my room during January and February as I’ll go travel Europe during that time. This is a very spacious 2bedroom apartment in Yonge/St Clair area. Ideally looking for responsible person, clean and respectful. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed and computer desk, nightstand and a floor lamp. The closet is also large and it has a built in shelf to the ceiling. The bathroom, kitchen and dining area are shared with 1 other person. No smoking, no drugs and no parties. Kitchen can be used 24/7, but no cooking from 11 pm to 7 am, and no strong spices at all. I have all kitchen appliances you’d need for making your food. Laundry in the building. 8 min walk to St Clair subway station, which takes you to downtown Toronto in 10 mins. Longo’s grocery store is 1 min away plus all other shops and restaurants mostly on Yonge St which is 8 min walk away. Working professionals and students welcome. I don’t discriminate on ethnicity basis, race, sexual preference etc. Monthly rent includes all expenses - high speed WiFi, heat, water, hydro…

I am a visual artist who works full time in the hotel industry. I enjoy traveling the world, culture, history, art and philosophy in general.
