Photos coming soon Small room in 2 bedroom condo, currently furnished but negotiable. Condo is fully furnished with lots of kitchen stuff as well. Larger bright living room and large west facing balcony, 2nd floor unit, elevator, street parking available, there is covered/underground parking but I’d have to inquire about any available spots/cost.

Convenient, central location close to downtown and MRU, close to many main roads, transit routes and easily accessible to SAIT and the UofC.

Queer, nonbinary, 35 y/o hoping to return to school. I like to think of myself as a medium clean person and am looking for the same. I am friendly and social but also like alone time. My ideal living situation leans more communal but as long as we have good communication and can coexist in the space, I’m good. I value kindness, authenticity and communication. No couples as the space is too small to have 3 people living in it full time.
