About the room

Available July 1st, 2026. Furnished room in this Beautiful and Quiet Character home in Kerrisdale. Shared bathroom with other female students, internet included, utilities will be shared and is extra. Drama free, friendly household who respects each others privacy. This is not a party house. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit as I will have the room cleaned after each occupant. Would love to share the space with other female students. Close and easy transit routes 22 & 41. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen you can use. No pets.
