Sophia's room

This lease ends July 1st. I’m also flexible with move in dates. Nice little two bedroom basement in a good neighborhood. Not long of a commute from sait or uofc. It is street parking. Side door entry. No pets allowed.

I’ll be the one leaving the basement but my roommate is super nice and chill. She is a student and she has a good schedule set for herself so she would do well with a roommate that is responsible whether you spend more time at home or outside of the house or whether your a student or working. She’s also on roomies looking so you may have already talked to her.
