About the room
Hello! You will have use of our developed basement in a newer (2010) infill style home, located in the SW inner city of Calgary (Windsor Park). Your private basement bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed; a closet, dresser and ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink area).
The developed basement includes a TV and couch area; and lots of space that a desk or work station could be easily set up. The laundry is also in the basement (which is shared).
Our home is a very centrally located, with many public transit options near by and notably only a short 10 minute walk to Chinook Mall and/or Chinook CT Train Station; We are also a very short walk to Britannia plaza with several grocery; coffee and dining/entertainment options as well as beautiful Stanley park.
About the roomies
I am a 40+ year old professional working female and single parent to a 12 year old responsible daughter. We also have a sweet 3 year old Golden Doodle dog who is only 16 pounds and hypo-allergenic.
