Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Garrison Green. As I work from home often, preference for someone who doesn’t do the same.

The room comes with a queen bed and limited furnishings with access to own bath. The rest of the condo is fully furnished. Rent includes all utilities and underground heated parking. Damage deposit of $1000 will be required.

Internet will be shared.

Must be a working professional, clean and tidy. Single occupant only. No pets.

I’m a woman in my mid 30s who is a working professional. I travel for work about once a month however when I’m home, I tend to spend my free time working out and hanging out with friends. I am a clean and tidy person, respectful of my roommate’s space!
