Bedroom available June 1st. $750/month, utilities included. Shared bathroom with 1 other person. Large window. Currently it is unfurnished however if furnishing is needed it can be arranged. This room suits a single bed better.
Conveniently located in Ranchlands - less than 1 minute to the bus stop, 5min transit to Dalhousie LRT station and Safeway, 7mins driving/25mins on transit to the University of Calgary, 15 min drive to downtown, and 5mins to Crowfoot shopping.
Currently the house is occupied by 3 others. 2 recent grads and 1 masters student. There is currently a cat in the house however he will be leaving July 1 (once other lease ends). Looking for a clean and respectful roomate.
The common areas are cleaned 1/week on a rotation so you would be expected to help with this by cleaning once every 4 weeks. (it takes less than 1hr)
