Bedroom available June 1st. $800/month, utilities included. Shared bathroom. The room is located downstairs is a good size and has a built in closet. Furnished with a bed.
Conveniently located in Ranchlands - less than 1 minute to the bus stop, 5min transit to Dalhousie LRT station and Safeway, 7mins driving/25mins on transit to the University of Calgary, 15 min drive to downtown, and 5mins to Crowfoot shopping.
Currently the house is occupied by 3 others. 2 recent grads and 1 masters student. Looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
The common areas are cleaned 1/week on a rotation so you would be expected to help with this by cleaning once every few weeks. (it takes less than 1hr)
