One room available, situated in a quiet neighborhood on the Seymour River near Mount Seymour Parkway exit. Easy access to outdoor trails, local mountains, close to Capilano University and bus routes. Home is fully furnished including the bedroom for rent. Shared full bathroom (double sinks and lots of cabinet space). Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Large patio and backyard overlooking the river. Lots of natural light in house. Outdoor covered storage available for a bike, or seasonal equipment. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

I am a 39 year old female, working professional, I work from home full time. Not a partier but enjoys socializing with friends. I love the outdoors, and prefer quiet nights during the week. Looking for another working professional who is considerate to share the space and would be working full time outside the home. I am extremely clean and looking for a roomie who is of the same mindfulness. Sorry no pets allowed (though I do love animals). Looking for 6+ months minimum stay and potentially long term if its the right fit.
