About the room
Fully furnished loft style apartment (apart from your bedroom, which can fit a queen size bed comfortably and has a large window with lots of natural light), entrance and living room/kitchen on the main floor, bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor, less then 5 minutes walk to the train station. Downtown but fairly quiet/safe neighborhood. Laundry in building. Internet is an additional 40$. Heated underground parkade is available for 50$ monthly but there is usually no issue with street parking.
Looking for females only, no cats, no smoking of any kind, no partiers.
About the roomies
You will be living with me and my medium size dog. He is crate trained and generally ignores people. About me, I enjoy cooking, crafts, reading, outdoor pursuits, the gym and going out. That being said I am an introvert and try to keep a quiet, respectful space. You will probably rarely see me. Occasionally you will see my boyfriend.
