Executive style, two story home close to Grace Hospital, Assiniboine Clinic & Grants Old Mill. We are offering up two bedrooms (bedroom A is 14ft x 10ft and has a Large LCD TV, bedroom B is 10ft x 10ft and has a Large LCD TV) plus full use of our movie room/rec room in our large modern home located in the Siver Heights area of sunny St. James. Minutes (walking) from major bus routes on Portage ave and Ness Ave. 5-10mins from Polo Park (car or bus). Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopper drugmart, etc. Each bedroom is located on the second floor (not in a basement) & one is fully furnished (the other is not, so can funish with your furnature) and both rooms include the use of Free WiFi. You will only need to share a washroom/full bathroom/shower with one other student. PLUS You will also have access to our separate movie/entertainment area located in the lower level (fully furnished basement) of our home. In the summer, you will have access to our outdoor covered deck and hottub.

We are a career couple, all our kids have grown up and moved away. Now we have two bedrooms a PLUS movie entertainment/fully furnished area available. Non-Smokers ONLY!
