ONLY TWO PEOPLE max will share the house with you. SAFE and GREEN area; 5 min walk to a big park with amazing trails; 5-7 min walk to Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants and more. Bus stop 200 meters from the house; less than 10 mins to the subway (Sheppard-Yonge or Downsview) by bus. No parking currently available. Eat-in kitchen plus dining area to be shared with one to two people. DISHWASHER, FRIDGE and a BIG FREEZER for your use in the kitchen, WASHER and DRYER in the basement. Laundry in the basement, shared with 1 person. For a quiet person only, no partying, no loud music, NO PETS (the owner has allergies). A working professional or a student only. Another room upstairs, across the hall from this room, will be occupied by a 4th year student, male in his mid-30s. He is quiet, neat and respectful of others. The owner of the house is a retired professional engineer, male in his early 60s. He lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised room). There would be no other people living at the house. This was a family home, just recently rented.
